Planning, Design, and Development

Our ESG-compliant development approach is based on four pillars: reliability, resiliency, efficiency, and economics.

The planning phase involves defining goals, conducting a site assessment, analyzing energy needs and alternative options for building efficiency upgrades, microgrids, and Virtual Power Plants, addressing regulatory and permitting issues, and performing a financial analysis.

The implementation phase includes design and engineering, procurement, installation, grid connection, control system integration, testing and commissioning, monitoring, and maintenance.

Technology Selection

We select Solar PVS, ESS, CHP, and state-of-the-art solar material brands, as well as other property technologies, to meet each project’s unique financial and operational needs by analyzing various factors.

These include equipment specifications, performance and durability, scalability, compatibility, warranty, pricing point, overall cost-benefit ratio, and adaptability to property attributes.

Equity & Debt Financing Facility

We arrange, advise, and structure various flexible capital sources, including PPAs, uptake agreements, Energy Savings Performance Contracting, equity capital and financing, debt facilities, mezzanine financing, refinancing, crowdfunding, and syndicated structures, to meet each customer’s mission-critical capital needs.

Tax Equity Capital Advisory & Incentives

We advise on tax equity capital, including trading investment tax credits, depreciation, and carbon credits, as well as structuring alternatives to improve cash flow. We also offer regulatory incentives and rebates to customers, allowing them to monetize their services at no additional cost.
